Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mr. and Mrs. Artist, we strive to provide the highest quality original and authentic action figures imported from overseas. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise, and we want to ensure our clients are satisfied with their purchases.

Return Eligibility:

• Pre-ordered products cannot be cancelled once payment is made, as we immediately forward the funds to our overseas vendors.

• Products received damaged or not matching the website description are eligible for a refund.

• On-order products cannot be returned if they match the client's original order.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request if the product is damaged due to client mishandling or if the product is not in its original condition.

Refund Process:

• Clients must contact us within 2 business days of receiving their product to initiate the refund process.

• Clients must provide a clear video of the damaged or incorrect product while opening the parcel.

• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product or evidence of damage/incorrect product.

Refund Amount:

• Refunds will be issued in the original payment amount.

• Refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
