We require full advance payment for in stock products, 30% deposit for on-order items and pre-orders. Once you place your order, our team will contact you for order confirmation and guide you through the payment process. After payment is made, our team will send you a receipt via email or WhatsApp. This ensures a smooth transaction and confirms your order details.

In-Stock Products: Once we receive payment, your in-stock product will be dispatched within 48 hours.

On-Order Products: Your on-order product will be dispatched when it arrives in our stock, which typically takes 20-21 business days.

Pre-Order Products: Your pre-order product will be dispatched when it arrives in our stock, which typically takes 20-21 business days after its release date. Please note that pre-order release dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

We use TCS and Daewoo FastEx for all our shipments. Both are reliable and fast courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID to monitor the status of your shipment. This ensures you stay updated on the delivery status of your order.
